I’ve always believed that good design is about more than just how a space looks, it’s about how it feels and how it supports the way you live.

With over ten years of experience in the design industry, my background spans everything from large-scale commercial projects to intimate residential homes. That mix of creative design and project management experience has shaped my approach: thoughtful, organized, and people-focused.

I founded Laura Kearney Interiors to help homeowners feel confident and inspired through the design process. My goal is to make creating a beautiful home feel clear and enjoyable, not overwhelming. I use a structured, five phase process: The LKI Method, to guide clients from concept to completion with ease and transparency.

What I love most about this work is the connection. Getting to know my clients, understanding what matters most to them, and creating spaces that reflect their story.

Whether it’s a cozy family home, a weekend getaway, or a renovation that brings new life to a beloved space, my focus is always the same: timeless design, thoughtful details, and homes that feel as good as they look.

Outside of design, I live in East Vancouver with my husband, our daughter, and our dog. I love a good country song, and on weekends you’ll often find us hosting Sunday dinners with family or relaxing at our home on the Sunshine Coast. That balance of city life and coastal calm is a big part of what inspires my work, spaces that are warm, welcoming, and grounded in everyday living.
